1. How are the lessons conducted?
All lessons are conducted online via Zoom. After booking your class, you'll receive a Zoom link through the Feedback/Homework web app on your profile page or via email. This link will be sent prior to your scheduled lesson.
You will also have access to interactive materials during and after the lesson to help reinforce your learning.
2. Can I review my lesson materials after class?
Yes! After the lesson, you will have access to all interactive materials provided during the session. These resources allow you to review the lesson at your own pace and continue practicing the skills learned.
3. Can I record my lesson on Zoom?
Yes, students are encouraged to record their lessons on Zoom for personal use. This is a great way to revisit and review the content covered.
Please inform your teacher if you intend to record the session.
4. What if I need to cancel or reschedule my lesson?
If you need to cancel or reschedule, notify us at least 1 hour before the scheduled start time.
Timely notice allows us to reschedule your lesson without charge.
5. What happens if I miss a lesson or don't notify you in time?
If you miss a lesson without giving at least 1 hour's notice, the lesson will still be charged. However, the teacher will record the session and send it to you afterward so you can still access the content.
Please note that rescheduling is not possible without prior notice.
6. How do I notify you if I need to cancel or reschedule?
You can notify us via email or through our website's contact form. Ensure your request is sent at least 1 hour before the scheduled lesson time to avoid charges and allow for rescheduling.
7. What happens if I experience technical issues during my lesson?
If you experience technical issues, contact us immediately. We will try to troubleshoot during the lesson or reschedule if necessary.
If unresolved and the lesson continues, the session will still be charged.
8. How do I pay for the lessons?
Payment details will be provided upon booking. We accept various online payment methods, such as PayPal and PayFast.
Payments should be completed before the lesson begins to confirm your booking.
9. Are there any discounts or packages available?
Currently, we offer individual lessons. If you'd like to book multiple lessons, please contact us to inquire about available discounts or package deals.
10. Will I receive feedback or homework after my lesson?
Yes! Feedback and any homework will be sent by the teacher to your Feedback/Homework web app on your profile page.
For security, students cannot reply through this page. Parents can reach out via email or the contact form for further discussions.
11. Can parents contact you for updates or concerns?
Parents can contact us via email for general inquiries. We may also send class reminders to parents to ensure timely attendance.
12. What should I do if I have further questions or need help?

13. How long are the lessons?
Lessons last 28 minutes to ensure no overlap with other students’ lesson times.
14. How much do the lessons cost?
The cost is approximately $9, depending on the exchange rate at the time of booking.
15. Will prices increase?
We hope to increase class prices by 10% annually to adjust for inflation, however, we will also be keeping market rates in mind.
